Ingredients
2 cups Master Mix
2/3 cup milk
Cooking Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Lightlly grease around cake pan.
3. Place Master Mix in a bowl and stir in milk. Mixture will be sticky.
4. Flour a board well and pour the dough onto it. Flour hands and pat or roll out to 1/2 to 3/4 inch
thick using just enough flour on top to prevent dough sticking to hands or rolling pin.
5. Using a knife, cut dough into 8 or 9 biscuits about 2 1/2 inches across.
6. Fit in pan. Bake 8-10 minutes.
WADF Master Mix
Ingredients
9 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup baking powder
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups shortening
Cooking Directions
1. Sift all ingredients together except shortening.
2. Cut in shortening to consistency of corn meal.
3. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature. Mix will keep for 6 weeks.
4. Yield: 13 cups.
5. Can substitute 10 cups of cake flour for all purpose flour.
6. Can use with any Bisquick recipes.
