Ingredients:
1 20 oz. can sliced pineapple
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon rosemary, diced or crumbled
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1 small lemon, sliced thin
1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
2. Marinate chicken in pineapple juice for about 30 minutes.
3. Place chicken in shallow casserole dish.
4. Combine juice with garlic, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and rosemary.
5. Pour over chicken. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
6. Arrange pineapple and lemon around chicken. Spoon sauce over all. Bake for another 5 minutes.
Tips: For extra sauce, double the pineapple juice, garlic, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and rosemary. Serve over rice.
Crispy Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup green grapes, halved
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 3/4 oz. can potato sticks
Shredded lettuce
In medium bowl, combine tuna, carrots, grapes and salad dressing. Refrigerate. Just before serving add potato sticks. Serve on bed of shredded lettuce.

1 - 8 oz box unsweetened baking chocolate
1 - 6 oz box of white baking chocolate
1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of blackberry brandy, or other fruit-flavored brandy (optional)
Combine all ingredients in crock. Cover. Cook on high - 45 minutes. STIR FREQUENTLY! Serve immediately while warm.
Suggested Foods for dipping: Strawberries, pineapple chunks, banana chunks, cake cubes, marshmellows, and cookies.
