2 hard boiled eggs, diced

Mix all ingredients together except mayonnaise and french dressing. Mix french dressing and mayonnaise together and blend into macaroni-shrimp mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
Tip: The longer this sits before serving the more pronounced the flavor. Try to make at least six hours before serving.

Tips:

- 1 - 12 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 dash of Cayenne Pepper
- 6-8 - 6 oz. Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
Method:
- In a sealable container, combine lemonade concentrate, soy sauce, and seasonings to make a marinade. Mix well by shaking.
- Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a shallow 13x9 dish. Pour marinade seasoning mixture over the chicken.
- Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Grill or B.B.Q. the chicken over a briquette or gas grill at medium heat. Brush chicken with marinade while cooking. Turn the chicken breasts often as not to burn. Remove when cooked completely.

- Garnish with lemon twists and parsley if desired.
Easy Hash Brown Potato Casserole

- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups coarsely chopped cornflakes
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into 2 quart casserole pan.
- Top with cornflake crumb mixture.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Serves 8-10.
